Solar PV Project Development

We are pioneer in developing solar projects by providing end-to-end solutions to the client / off-taker. We have a separate department which deals with C&I clients for their power needs and support through captive rooftop / floating solar projects.

Development in PPA Model

“ We identify C&I clients/off-taker and propose them with end-to-end solar solutions where;

  • Sign Corporate PPA with C&I Clients and Develop the project in BOO or BOOT basis.
  • PSS will invest, build and operate the project and sell the electricity at discounted tariff.
  • Arrange Financing ( Equity + Debt ) for the project.
  • PSS will do the pre-development works needed for NTP.
  • Commission the project with with all permits and perform the O&M for project life.

Project Financing

  1. Prepare detailed Financial Modeling of the project.
  2. Understanding the T&C related to non-recourse debt.
  3. Documentation and information needed for the financing.

M&A and SPA of Projects

“ Our M&A Team help the developers / clients and off-takers to identify, assess and close deals related to sale / purchase of solar assets.

  1. Preparation of transaction documentation ( Investment Teaser etc.)
  2. Identifying clients and projects and match them.
  3. Negotiations at Non-Binding to Binding Offers.
  4. Execution of SPA ( Share Purchase Agreement ) and close M&A deal.
